Website analytics
The Fruity Math website uses Google Analytics only after you select Allow analytics. If you do not allow it, the Google Analytics tag does not load and no analytics data is sent to Google from this website.
When you allow analytics, Google Analytics can collect page visits, session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information, referral information, and interactions such as clicks on App Store buttons. Google Analytics can use a first-party cookie called _ga to distinguish visits. We do not send names, email addresses, or information from gameplay to Google Analytics.
We use this information to understand which pages are useful and whether visitors follow links to the App Store. Advertising storage, Google signals, and advertising personalisation are disabled in the website configuration.
Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time with in the footer. If you withdraw permission, the site disables further Analytics requests from your browser and attempts to remove its first-party Analytics cookies.
Voice and information on your device
You do not need an account to play. The app does not ask for your name, email address, or date of birth during gameplay.
Speech recognition runs on your device. Fruity Math does not save audio recordings or upload game audio. Listening stops when you pause, leave or finish a game, or the app becomes inactive. You can turn off microphone access in Settings; voice gameplay needs it. Apple speech resources may need to be downloaded before play.
Preferences stay on your device. Detailed results are held in memory. A local diagnostic log can contain timestamps, app and device details, game settings, recognised numbers, results, permissions, and speech or purchase errors. The app does not automatically upload this log. Device backups may contain app data.
Purchases and RevenueCat
Apple processes payment for the one-time Full Game Unlock. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases, provide and restore access, prevent fraud, and understand purchases and views of the unlock screen. We do not receive your payment-card details.
RevenueCat starts when the app opens, even without a purchase. It receives a random app user ID, a device identifier when available, app and device details, language, App Store country, and relevant purchase records. Connections expose an IP address. Unlock-screen views also send timestamps and available user, event, screen, offering, and session identifiers.
We do not send names or emails to RevenueCat as customer attributes. Purchase information is cached for offline access. Fruity Math has no advertisements or separate gameplay analytics service.
Email support
Zoho Mail handles support emails. We receive your email address, any included name, message, and attachments to answer your request and investigate problems.
Email Support opens a mail composer and automatically attaches the diagnostic log when available. Nothing is emailed until you send it. You can cancel or email us directly without a log. Include only information needed for your request.
Retention
- Website analytics: Analytics data is retained according to the setting in the Fruity Math Google Analytics property. Your browser keeps your analytics choice until you clear site data or change the choice.
- Device data: Preferences remain until changed or removed with local app data. Logs have a size limit, no fixed expiry in days, and no separate clear-log control.
- Support: We delete support emails and downloaded diagnostic attachments within 90 days after resolving the issue, except where needed for a legal obligation or dispute, or where a shorter legal period applies. Provider-managed backups follow the provider’s deletion processes.
- RevenueCat: The app configures no fixed automatic expiry. Retention depends on unlock restoration, purchase and paywall reporting, support, fraud prevention, and legal requirements. Deletion requests are handled manually.
Deleting the app does not delete information already held by RevenueCat, email providers, Apple, Google Analytics, or device backups. Further app or website use can create records again, depending on your choices.
Children and families
Children can use Fruity Math. The same data handling applies to them; the app has no age check or parental-consent process.
Parents can request review or deletion of their child’s information, or refuse further collection or use where applicable. Please have a parent handle a child’s support request. A parent or guardian should make the website analytics choice for a child.
Processing and service providers
Where applicable, our legal bases are the purchase contract for supplying or restoring the unlock, consent for website analytics, legitimate interests for reliability, support, fraud prevention, and purchase or paywall analytics where permitted, and legal obligations. Microphone permission does not provide permission for website analytics.
We operate from Bosnia and Herzegovina. RevenueCat and Google are US-based. Our providers and their service providers may process data abroad. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary for legal claims. Apple separately handles App Store transactions, speech-resource downloads, and optional device services under Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Your choices and rights
You can control microphone and backup settings, choose whether to send support email, remove the app’s local data, and allow or decline website analytics. The app has no separate switch for RevenueCat requests or paywall-view reporting.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy, or restricted use of your information; object to processing; withdraw consent where used; and complain to a data-protection authority, including Bosnia’s Personal Data Protection Agency.
Email fruitymath@amerhukic.com. We may need limited information to locate records and verify your request or parental authority. Your email alone may not identify a RevenueCat or Google Analytics record. We will explain limitations and respond within applicable legal deadlines. For Apple’s records, use Apple’s privacy tools.
Changes
We will update the date above when this policy changes and provide any additional notice or consent process required for a change in our practices.
